About plans and payments

How do I pay?
By card through Stripe's secure checkout. TrackLode never sees or stores your card details. You can add your VAT number and billing address at checkout, and they appear on your receipts.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Open the Plan page in the app and choose Manage subscription; you can switch, update your card and download receipts there.
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription is not renewed. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan with all your data as it was.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment for a while and you keep Pro in the meantime. The Plan page shows a notice so you can update your card.
